Just wondering what people thoughts are on exercising when pregnant? I'm currently 10 weeks but a few people have suggested that I'm over doing it. I also completely stopped all workout supplements when I fell pregnant but have been contemplating reintroducing my protein powder. There is so much conflicting info on the net that I haven't.

Would love to hear from any other fit Preggo mummies or if you know of any great blogs of this... I've been contemplating blogging my journey too.
