I've rejoined the gym at work (and have been enjoying it for the past couple of weeks - the yoga classes are fabulous).
I thought it was now time to sort out my eating habits. Although not bad, they aren't exactly ideal. So this morning I joined weightwatchers online. So, I won't "officially" start until Monday as I have to go shopping over the weekend, but I have entered in my details of what I've done/eaten today.
Fingers' crossed I'll lose that horrid muffin round my middle before the summer sun gets here.
Making that decision to start is often the hardest. I have been doing WW for 2 years now & have managed to loose almost 20 kg but more importantly keep it off. It's not easy but it is seriously worth it in the end. WW was a saviour to me! Good luck on your journey to a smokin hot new you!!!
