Fat Malabsorption? Gall Bladder issues? 4year old

Hi, just wondering if anyone has had a child with fat malabsorbtion issues? Miss 4 (just turned) has always had runny or soft poo. I have raised it several times over the years with different doctors. Recently however when wiping her bottom there was a lump about size of 5c piece if it was a ball, of jelly like stuff. Her poo is putrid and sometimes quite oily looking. I raised it with new doctor who sent us for bloods which we had yesterday, and an abdominal ultrasound which we Aldi had yesterday,being just turned 4 she was on an hour fast. Her gall bladder wasnt right so now we have to go to a 4 hour fast as the sonographer was quite concerned. We can't get this done until next week so just looking for any advice or ideas of what this could be, google is a mine field! Thanks in advance x
