    zombies, Run!

Ok, I honestly never thought I would be posting in the exercise section of the forum. But my brother recently got me onto Zombies, Run! and I'm hooked. it has taken me a week to work it all out and get the music on my phone, so today was my first offical 'run' and I was so excited to be doing it!!! it is motivating me to go for a walk a day, atleast!!!
my runs are my pushing Spock in the stroller though, so i have chase off otherwise it would be a disaster =P

does anyone else use this app? would love to follow you!

Its an app for your phone. Where you listen to a story and your own music.
Basically you are 'runner 5' a survivor of a zombie apocalypse and as you run you pick up suppliess etc that you can then go back you your compiter and build up a bsse.
There is an option to turn on zombie chase too which makes you sprint caude they are actually chssing you and if you get csught you drop some supplies.

    It is pretty cool.
Zazou ~ you can do what ever speed/pace you want. And turn chase on so yiu sprint. There is a c25k one too, I don't have it tho. And yep my phone is android.
If ppl do get it and use it, sign into zombielink so we can follow eachother.

I dont know what the 5k one is like. But was worth the money for me. Im the slackest laziest person around and ive been out for a walk every day this week. So its working for me. If you put tracking on it gives you some really detailed stats of your run. Overall distance and time. Your average speed plus it tracks you the whole way so you can see the exact speed you were goibg for every metre of the walk and where you sped up and what bits you slows at and what track played at that time and where you were at. I can make my profile public and you can see (not sure how much it shows other ppl tho)
