Which rental would you take ? Help !!

House 1
Pros - $ 30 cheaper , next to beach , kitchen overlooking living area , 3 big rooms , large open plan dinning and lounge . Separate shower and bath . Our dog is ok to be there , they said ok inside sometimes

Cons- no air con , smaller older kitchen , older bathroom , owner is an older man and he has a holiday house out the back and comes during school holidays ..

House 2
Pros- air con , cute bathroom , cute bigger kitchen , under cover area out back , small garden shed , inside laundry , second toilet inside has working aircon . They don't care how much our dog is inside

Cons - $30 more expensive , smaller bedrooms , bedrooms come off the lounge room so lounge room in in the middle .. Much much smaller lounge / dinning area.. Only one door and it's the back door . No driveway you have to open a big side gate and park on small backyard

I would say house 1 you can get portable ac for the amount your saving and if he is only there on holidays I wouldn't mind

They both have things we wanted but when it came down to it , space was the most important for us now that we are a family of 4
