Ongoing swelling feeling in left ovary

So yeah, I have this weird ongoing swelling feeling in my left side, right in where I think my ovary is.

That would be fine if it was ovulation time, but considering it's been going on for about a week now, I'm not convinced.

I've been on the pill for the past six or so months, but have been on and off antibiotics for the past three of those months, so nothing certain, and while there's always the slim chance of bring UTD, my last POAS says no and I haven't had any antibs between my last period and now.

Anyone else had this weird stretching swelling feeling?

Any ideas?

Interesting. Maybe - it's only ever been on the left (I've had it before, but never paid attention to it being at a time when I'm not ovulating) and it's not causing any pain, so it doesn't sound like a big deal.

Huh - 5 cm is within the norm. Bizzare.

I always feel if I ovulate from the left, sharp stab every two months. I also get cramps often on that side, and pain in the area. I found out from doing I've that I have a follicle on that side that seems to insist on doing all the work, all my others on my left never grow big enough, only the one which then goes heaps. So I've put it down to that... Maybe it's something similar, or like N2L suggested, it has become a cyst
