Child care rebate late?

Is anyone else waiting in their Jul-Sep CCR? I'd normally have it by now.

Just thought I'd ask here before I clog up their call centre!

I thought childcare centres had until 21st of the month, (after the qtr you are claiming), then it went through with your next payment after that date. I only claim CCR, and always have it in my account by end of the month, so to me it isn't really late.

Centrelink page tells me it will be in our account Friday which is on time

yeah generally child care have a couple weeks after the end of the month to get info in - you will generally find it comes in with your payment after around the 21st of the month - but it won't show on online services until two days before it's due to be paid

Centrelink now have a FB page, about a 1 week ago it said that they are being processed at the moment and should be paid by the 29th October and if you have not received your payment into your account by the 1st November to ring them. Mine is going in on Monday.
