Sticker residue taking off the sheen off a wardrobe, help!!!!!
Ladies I have a wee problem, I hope someone can help. I had some crappy quality and some very good quality vinyl kids stickers on my son's wardrobe. I have sold it on ebay but when I went to remove the stickers, I noticed that where they have been, the surface looks a lot matter than the rest of the wood. The wardrobe is white and very low sheen, but you can definitely see where the stickers were. I have tried eucalyptus oil, that took off some of the sticker residue/glue but the mattness is still there. How can I polish it up so it's not so obvious? I also used spray and wipe and a silver polishing cloth wish made a tiny difference, but not enough. I wish I took off the stickers before I listed it.....
