    Mould on bassinet base

I'm finally about to pack up DD2's bassinet (I've been using it as a storage container in my room lol). I pulled up the mattress and noticed a little bit of mould has been growing underneath the mattress on the base of the bassinet. The wood is chipboard. I'd really like to be able to clean it so I can store it in case I can convince DH to try for #3 in the future. Is there a safe and effective way to clean mould off chipboard? Especially considering it's where a baby may sleep in future, or do I need to chuck it?

Just use bleach and water and then dry it out in the sun.

There is a pretty good article about this by "choice". A quick google should bring it up. Sadly I'd say it probably needs to go.

I can't find the particular article you're talking about (I'm obviously searching for the wrong thing), but I'm starting to think I should toss it too. Oh well, extra baby shopping will be able to occur if I ever convince DH.
