I have just started going for walks after dinner. We have been going as a whole family before DS goes to bed. 2 days in and we are having a great time, and its great family time too. DS rides his tricycle and we do laps of the park.
Do what ever you find works for you. give one a try and if it doesn't work well try the other? Good luck and remember the hardest part is starting
Agree - whenever is going to work for you and keep you motivated. I prefer to train in the mornings when dd is asleep. Sadly, now my work hours have increased, this no longer works and I have to shift to the evenings.
Give a few different times a go and see what works for you xo
