CSA question

Does anyone know if CSA can access superannuation?
Just curious. I'm owed a decent amount of money & CSA have no way to collect the way things are happening now.
If they can garnish wages & access bank accounts I wonder if super is an option?

No. Not possible.

Superannuation is also exempt from bankruptcy proceedings.

If the person hasn't met a "condition of release" (i.e. age, state of health etc) then it is untouchable.
