Can anyone tell me if it takes longer to process if more that one years tax return is lodged at a time?

Ex called 3 weeks ago & told me he'd lodged 3 years worth of tax returns. He told me they'd called CSA from the office, so I believed him. He owes & tax agents usually call to see if they can take the fee from the return, or if it needs to be paid upfront. I'd not known that they'd call, so for him to say that made me believe him.

Anyway, its 3 weeks later & CSA haven't even received any updated information yet, so I'm just hoping its because it was a late return & that they are processing more than one return?

I'm also hoping to get some back pay from it, obviously (I know if I do it'll bite me on the bum with c'link & being over paid, but I'll work that out later!)

I had a tax return of his paid to me 5 years ago, & that one took pretty much 3 weeks, so I was hoping they'd at least have some info by now. But then he also told me he'd signed CSA forms for the current girlfriend & child (or ex, who knows), yet CSA didn't have anything updated for that child on the file either? Unless it hasn't actually been put in yet? Who knows??

I'm just hopeful there'll be a few dollars coming our way, we're getting pretty behind lately :/
