Break entitlements.

DS18 started a work trial yesterday and worked 10hrs with a half hour lunch break. He didn't even get his full half hour either, he went outside to eat his lunch, went back in to go to toilet and the boss said "you ready to get back to work", DS said it would have been about 15min. Doesn't sound right to me, does anyone know or point me in the right direction of finding out what break entitlements he should have? TIA.

Thanks Tinks, just had a look and it says for 5hrs or more he is entitled to a 10min break and 30-60min lunch break.
