18th birthday present

So, nephew (who lives with us) turns 18 next week.
I would like to buy him a memorable present, boys are so hard to buy for.
Any suggestions would be welcome.
He loves basketball, music and GIRLS!

We brought my brother a hot lap in v8 car... Other ideas are a tandem skydive or a really good quality tool set, engrave a spanner as a keepsake, concert tickets.

More usual suggestions would be some sort of jewellery, silver tankard, car/driving stuff, a picture/sculpture/ornament...

I second the sky dive idea! Giving things is good but giving someone a once in a lifetime experience is better!!
