9 month old grinding her teeth

DD has recently cut her top teeth. She has prominent bottom teeth, came in at 5 months, and she has a front tooth and the one beside it. The other front tooth is about to cut too. The last few days she has been grinding them somehow. I'm not 100% sure, but it definitely sounds like grinding. I can't think of anything else it could be. Is this something to worry about or just normal behaviour?

Aaaaaarrrrgggghhhh I hate it when they do that!! DD used to sit in her car seat behind my head and grind her teeth so loud it made me feel sick. I was so worried she'd do permanent damage to them but nothing I tried stopped it. She did grow out of it and her teeth, remarkably, survived just fine.

Weird but normal.

Yup mine does that too! I just squash his cheeks and say no when he does it, sometimes works sometimes doesn't
