I have just had one of my first OMG I LOVE MY TMX!! My daughter has to take something for a school party tomorrow and wanted to take her favourite slice. Of course I forgot and was just about to curl up and chill out with a cuppa when I remembered. Within 3 minutes I made the slice and tidied up without any effort!!!! Love it!!!

I made the chorizo and fettucine recipe from the cookbook today and it was a hit! Also made the potato and leek soup a couple of days ago, was ok, a little bit bland...It made heaps though so I was able to freeze some which is always good.

I've got blueberry bagels in the oven as I type! A tad time consuming, but so worth it, can't wait for brekkie tomorrow. Oh, recipe is from Quick Fix in the Thermomix.

What is everyone else cheffing up this long weekend?

I have done those before - they were really good. I had the book from the library.

I am not sure I have any plans as yet TMX wise, did pancakes this morning, and breadrolls this evening.

It's yummy! We soak the brown rice though as we find it stays crunchy otherwise.
