I got given a set of 3 boxing bags for Mother's Day a heavy one , one with 2 elastic a either side and one higher up with a wooden ring above it

Is there somewhere online that has a simple tutorial of how to use them properly I've not had much success looking on google and you tube cause I'm not sure exactly what to call them
