Does pcos really effect opk if u have minor symptoms

I'm trying to start tracking my ovulation for reall.this month. Dh has low sperm count but has been taking menivit and lost 20kg over last two months. So we decided to try opk s. So has anyone had success with then while having pcos?

Mine always looked like faint positives but I did get a true positive (where the test line is darker than the control line) when I ovulated.

Mine were almost positive all the time. But as Rowellen said, they were REALLY dark positives when I did actually ovulate. Depends on the tests too, the expensive ones from the chemist gave me false positives every time (must be the sensitivity) But the eBay ones worked good.
