help please!

Dd 14 months has just vomited in her sleep twice. I woke her and cleaned her up and then heard her vomit again. She doesn't have a temp and doesn't seem unwell. I have both our doors wide open so I can hear her, but im so worried she'll choke on her vomit!
What should I do? ?

When DD did that recently I slept with towels on my chest and her on me.
Not ideal but I was worried like you.
She vomited on the towel many times and I just rotated it around

Thanks joeve, she didn't vomit anymore after that. Maybe it was something she ate? I slept with one eye open all night lol. Her room is right next to ours so I can hear everything.
