We have citrus trees that we hardly water (once established). My DH just waters at night with a garden hose during the hotter months.
It may also need a 'feed'.

I don't know if this is a "how long is a piece of string" question.....BUT......
How much water (in L) does a citrus tree or fruit tree need?
I ask because I have to hand water everything at the moment, but I have no idea how much I should be putting on the trees. I probably put about 8 L a day (averaged out) on them, but they still seem a bit sad and dry.
