You usually get a +ve OPK 24-48 hours before you ovulate. All I can say is keep using them and hopefully you will get a +ve in the next day or so.

Oh, another thing Sam, you usually ovulate around 14 days from the start of AF, so if you have a 33 day cycle, you'd probably O around CD19. So based on that, if you keep doing the OPK's, and you're currently on CD14, you should expect to see a +OPK in the next few days.
I have a longer cycle but every few I have a shorter one. With the symptoms I was having I was certain I was Oing. Around 7pm I thought stuff it I'm doing it again and the OPK was +ve.
