Nuchal plus blood results...not so great

Hi there, a week ago my Dh and I got our nuchal and blood results back, we are in the high risk grup with an estimated risk of 1:66 that our baby will have downs syndrome. This result was mainly because of my blood wrk (bhcg was a little under the cut off and the PAPP-A was 0.2, with the cut off for DS being 0.4 (lower indicating a possible problem)) The actual nuchal was very good (1.7mm the cut off is normally about 3mm or higher).

So I guess I am just wondering how cncerned should we be with these results? Has anyone ever been in a similar situation and if so what were the outcome? This is our first pregnancy and we are both quite young 27 (me) and DH (26).

Heya, just wondering how you got on??? I wouldnt have thought you had anything to worry about with those measurements...I know you posted ages ago, but was googling these myself....hope you are good anyhow
