Moomoo - I can totally understand. I really tried not to focus on all the "what-ifs" before labour. It's great to be informed, but then just try to focus on the positives. And really, the chance of rupturing is so low. It sounds like you have great Drs around who are being positive - that's great!

So you can too hon. Try not to beat yourself up for stressing, but maybe try and alleviate that stress with meditation and affirmation. If you would like a copy of some affirmations I used let me know, as I do believe they helped.
