    Temp or EWCM

    right FF says i am 12dpo - though possibly could be 13dpo by the main dip - but looks like AF is here today so what is going on. If i go on the last time i saw EWCM i would be 15dpo - giving me a 14day LP(rather than 11/12) which would be expected - i know that i had a couple of odd temps after that so thats what its gone on - but there may have been other factors then that changed that for whatever reason - so what i am asking is your opinions - is EWCM a better indicator or thermal shift usually?

    I would think the thermal shift…??? That shows you definitely O-ed.

    I agree. Definately the thermal shift. I can get EWCM before Oing so I always go by the thermal shift.

    I'm going to disagree and say EWCM. I suppose it depends on how regular your CM is though. Current natural fertility methods seem to place more emphasis on CM so I think this is more important. Each to their own though.
