Cervix question

I checked my cervix about an hour ago and it was high and medium.
I just check it again now and it was low and firm.

Which should I put in to FF???? It normally doesn't change that distinctively throught the day.

Maybe I should wait and just check again a bit later today.

Hey DGirl,

What time do you usually check your cervix? Perhaps go with the result that was closest to the usual time?

Looking at your chart though, is it possible that you just O'd yesterday? That might explain the sudden CP change.

The first time I check was the usual time so I will just go with that I guess.

i agree with angel - it does vary through out the day - check it at the same time every day like you do your temp so you have a standard to compare to...
