Recipes For Casseroles etc?

Hi Everyone!

DH has bought me a new casserole dish, as our last one really should have retired at least a few years ago

I have used it to death over the last 2 weeks after getting it - but have exhausted all of the things I love to cook in it

Any ideas for something a little different???

Luke, Dh & I eat just about anything (including anything spicy), so anything you have recipes for I would LOVE to hear!
