Apricot chicken best done in SC or oven or stovetop?

Hey all,

Just wondering the yummiest way to do apricot chicken - stove top, oven or slow cooker?

My mum always used to do it in the oven but I have a friend who always does it in a pan on the stove. I really want to do it in the SC, but want to make sure it will be maximum yumminess!!

I prefer mine in the pan, but maybe I just haven't found a good SC AC recipe. I love my pan recipe tho.

I do mine on the stove too...but if I still had my crock pot I would still be doing it in there
