High temps during af

Does anyone else get high temps during their af? When do they go back to baseline normal?

Sometimes mine are higher during AF than during the days after it. Normally they go down to normal after it has completely finished. But they are lower than in the Luteal phase.

When I am due for AF my temp drops to 36.5, but on day three (my heavy day) it spikes up and then goes back to my standard 36.5.

My temps are usually around 37 during LP and then drop to around 36.6 during AF and when AF is completely finished they go down to around 36.1 - 36.3. HTH a little bit!

I don't take my temp during AF so not sure. I thought you just discount the temps then.

By day 2 of AF my temp is usually at it's lowest - around 36.1 sometimes lower. It stays around that until I O next.
