Think my baby is coming tonight

I have been having fairly intense contractions now for 3 hours. They started at 6 mins apart and are now around 4. They are lasting for about 45-55 sec.
Very excited but worried it might be false labour. Is there any way of knowing

Get into a warm bath(if you have one) or shower and see if the pain goes away. If it doesn't go away then it is most probably real labor. Goodluck and i hope this is it for you!

Had a shower and have drunk gallons of water, just in case of dehydration. But no pain is getting worse.

Due date is this Saturday 17th.
