We have take away chinese once a week. Its like my treat. Although I have a braised chicken and cashew with vegies and swapped the fried rice for boiled rice. Oh and NO GARLIC wow that stuff repeats on me big time (YUK!). But I think its important that you go to a place that you can trust and have been using for a while. Our one is pretty good and always fresh and hot. Just don't heat it up for seconds the next day. I have made a rule never to reheat anything afterwards.

It's fine. Just don't reheat it.

If you are concerned about deli meats ask for plain rice or vegetarian fried rice as it won't have any ham in it.

If all else fails, make it yourself or even better, get someone else to make it. They have some great sauces etc at the supermarket!
