    Is whipped cream ok?

Does anyone know if whipped cream from a restaurant is okay? I've been craving those scones with jam & cream that you get with a devonshire tea - which a nearby cafe does, but I wasn't sure about the cream. From what I could see, they serve it from one of their own gas compressed type of container thing (sorry not sure what it's called!!).

i dont do cream unless i prepare it myself. But im abit fussy and perrticular about things like that. The other girls says it is fine so im sure it is. If u trust the place its from then thats good. If they seem abit dodgy and unclean then mayb best avioded.

Honestly I have been eating cream and scones for weeks as I have the same craving lol and it hasnt done any harm. Personally half the stuff we are told not to eat because it causes this or that i think is a load of crap. what did our parents eat and what did their mum eat and we all still turned out ok, yes sure there is a very small percentage that something can go wrong but i doubt it honestly.

I am still being careful with what and how much I eat but deli ham and the good cheeses, camabert and bri stuff like that.

Good luck with your pregnancy i hope its a happy and healthy one
