Over the aches and pains....does that mean it is soon??
Ladies, I have been having aches and pains (more so Braxton Hicks type pains) now for weeks....every night....and I am sick of just waiting to see if its the real thing. It never is as the pains never get worse they just stay the same for a few hours then eventually disappear, and I mainly get them at night when I am sitting down relaxing. But today I woke up and I have been having them all day, I went and did the food shopping and I thought I wouldn't make it through but low and behold I get home and they have died off again. What is going on??????????? I am so ready to have this baby now even though it is early but I can't imagine going on for another 4 weeks like this....someone please help me
It sounds like pre-labour to me. Unfortunately it can go on for weeks. The good thing is your body is doing lots of work now so hopefully you'll have a shorter labour!
I know it's hard work, but your nearly there. You are doing a great job baking your bub and he/she will be here before you know it. Hopefully it's not too far away
I have the same thing from about 35 weeks and i'm still waiting for something to happen. But you never know it might happen sooner for you. I get aches and pains on and off all day, some are more painful then others, but not yet the real thing.
I didnt have any pains with DD#1 but i went to the hosp the day before she was born and they told me i was no where near having a baby my cervix was not looking like it was happening anytime soon. I cried the whole way home (she was already 2 days overdue) and that night i went into labour. S/he'll be out before you know it, rest up and relax while you can and enjoy the last couple of weeks of your pregnancy.
