Strange question... curious as to what responses I get

Well as you can see I have 6 more days before my EDD.

The past couple of nights as I have been laying in bed trying to get to sleep I have had this weird sensation happen which is quite off-putting and does actually stop me from falling asleep.

The best way I can describe it is imagine you have a long piece of cellotape stuck to your skin left to right top of your uterus and ribcage. The feeling I get is that it is slowly being peeled off my skin. I know sounds weird huh? Another way to describe it I guess would be that it feels like something is almost "peeling away". It is the bizzarest feeling I tell ya!!

I started on Raspberry Leaf tablets when I hit 34 weeks. I know it would have something to do with my body/uterus preparing for labour but yeah was just curious as to what others might think this is or if I anyone can relate to the feeling I am describing.

Alan - you might be able to shed some light on this for me?

Maybe bubs is just dragging its little toe nails down you lol...

Bubs feet are on my right hand side (as in when i look down at my tummy MY right)

I can feel definitely where his feet are so I dont think it is that and it runs across my body - under my boobs not downwards.

All I can think is that it is a form of heartburn or even acid reflux but its not exactly painful - its almost kinda ticklish when it happens????

I have another OB appointment on monday morning so will ask him then but I'm guessing he wont even be able to tell me what it is I reckon.

Hes going to do an internal..... ugh.... not looking forward to that

First of all congrats and good luck, not long to go now. Exciting
I havent had it, but where your talking about is where your uterus is so its quite possible its something to do with your body preparing for birth or my other guess would be h/b or relfux of some sort.
