help!!!! sleeping probs 8 month old

Hi, I dont think i have posted this in the right place but anyways..im having some problems with my 8 month old daughter,i have just moved house and previous to that my daughter was in my room in her cot. Since the move i thought she can go in her own room cause im finding it hard to sleep cause she stirs and moves around alot. But ever since she has been in her own room she will not sleep like she used to.. she always used to wake up for a bottle between 4am-7am (which i didnt mind) but now she has been waking up at like 11, or at 2 and she will NOT go back to sleep..i dont like to feed her at this times cause i know she can go without she always has, so i stick her in my bed but i think that was a bad idea. does anyone have any suggestions as to how i can get her to sleep better in her own room? and should i just feed her when she wakes and wont go bak to sleep?????

    Hi Tasha,

Maybe your baby girl is still getting used to her new surrounds? You may have to taker her back into your room and make the transistion a little bit slower so she doesnt feel so isolated? She can sense you are not close and maybe fetting about being alone. She might just want you to be around. Maybe sleep in the room with her till she feels safe again!

Also putting her in your bed is not a bad idea, if you both get some rest its great!

Hope this can help a little , good luck xx
