11 month old DD not 100%

Okay, not sure where to post this and am going to make a dr appt tomorrow for her but wanted to check with you fab ladies for advice.
Last night DD woke grizzling a coupla times but went back easily with a dummy, she also felt a bit warm and temp was 38.6c. I cooled her down and gave her some dymadon and teething tablets. This morning she woke up fine but was a bit lethargic today. She had her moments where she acted fine but then others where she went a bit sooky and cuddly (doesn't normal cuddle in unless unwell). It has been a hot day and we did go to a market but we kept her cool and hydrated.
Shes been grizzly and sooky for nearly 90% of the day and off her food. Breastfeeding okay but not really into her solids.

I was wondering if any body could give me some ideas as to what could be bugging her? If only she could tell me herself
I was thinking maybe her 12mth molars...?!

She could be teething, or she could be coming down with a virus - maybe a cold or possibly even Roseola. All you can do for now is keep her hydrated and comfortable until you see the Dr.
