What's a good sling to breastfeed bub in?

Do you mean any sort of carrier or a sling style specifically?? My Moby (like a HAB) came with instructions on how to BF while wearing it, but I can't quite co-ordinate it yet! I also have a sling, like a Bubba Moe Sling, but I'm not sure if you'd be able to in that.

I think my sling is just too deep to BF in, if that makes sense?

Yeah i had a sling like that too. So was hoping there was one out there that was not so deep or at least easier to BF in. I don't really like the up right ones.

Tegan, I just purchased a "slingalong" sling from the Byron Bay Markets. They have a website (just google it) and the lady has been making them for 12yrs and designed them herself. They are great for breastfeeding bubs too. I'm so happy with mine.

Only $50 too so very reasonable price..... and postage is only $6! But i didn't have to pay postage as I purchased it while there. It was great getting the demo so I could try it on....
they are nice and padded so comfy for bubs aswell as for our shoulders etc

Breastfeeding in your pouch sling can be done most easily from the cradle position (or reverse cradle with baby?s head at the opposite end) or a modified inward facing cuddle position (ie. think football hold), simply lift your shirt, adjust the sling as necessary and breastfeed away. The outer rail can be used to facilitate privacy if you wish. With some practice you can walk with the baby nursing, just ensure that your child is securely on the breast and well supported and secure in the sling.

I found the Ergo to be fantastic for breastfeeding, so easy.

I went to the local baby shop yesterday and they had bubzilla slings. I tried one on and it looks simple enough. The shop lady showed me a demo with a doll and also how to breastfeed in it. Looks so easy. I think i might get this one for shorter trips and maybe a mei tei for longer trips.
