    Pregnancy after C-Sec and Movement

I am now 20 weeks 2 days pregnant and still not feeling much movement, just every now and then maybe once or twice a week.

It has me a little worried as with my previous pregnancy (twins, so I know it is different) I was having full constant movement by 18 weeks.

Could it be due to previous C-Section or is this little one just a quiet one?

Not an expert on cs or twins, but my two pregnacies were totally different. DS1, kicked and turned every second of every day, needless to say he is a handful and cannot sit still. DS2 rarely kicked and never turned, he is the most placid baby, and loves to sleep, at 9 months still has 4 sleeps a day! So I am sure every pregnancy and baby is different, but I know it's hard not to stress! I am sure with twins, you'd have felt every single twitch!

Im not that it has much to do with the c/s but with Isabelle I felt movements at 21 weeks or so. After a c/s and with this pregnancy I was really worried because I didn't get any really big movements until close to 24 weeks. It is normal and everyone feels movement at different times, hard not to worry though I know. Have you had your scan recently?? Hopefully you were reassured while there hun. Hoping you are frequently booted soon!

ETA- Forgot to add that while this little guy isn't as active as Isabelle was, he still moves and squirms and kicks pretty much all day long now!

Maybe your placenta is anterior (which I think is common after c/s) and bub is kicking into it which is why you're not feeling much yet.

My DS was really quiet and even up to about the age of two, but look out ever since.... you can't make him sit still, where as this bub has been very active since about 20wks and my placenta is transverse which is across the front of my bump...thought you weren't meant to feel there movements as much, go figure!
