Frequency of OB appointments??

Hi everyone

Up until now I have seen my OB every 7 weeks, my next appointment will be next Monday, at 22 weeks.

Does the frequency of my appointments increase from now on?

Does anyone know how often I should expect to see my OB in the second half of my pregnancy? eg every four weeks until x weeks, then every two weeks until x weeks etc.

Just curious!

I dont know what is standard but i can tell you that i saw/am seeing my ob at 4-5 weeks intervals from 10-28 weeks, then its every fortnight at 30, 32, 34, 36 weeks then every week from then until bubs is born.

I can't remember exactly but mine were every 4 weeks during the second tri and then fortnightly in the third tri then weekly for the last month.

So I should expect to be seeing him more often from now on.

I think I like the appointments because it feels like *something* is happening, so much waiting, waiting, waiting in pregnancy!
