Another stupid question (my ignorance is never ending!) TMI

Sorry ladies, you know I'm very apologetic about daft questions.


I have been having the most painful cramps...started yesterday but they are very bad today. Just like bad AF cramps but I have no sign of bleeding or spotting. Have a killer fever too.

I have next to no dischangre (sorry! had to say it!) So it's rather dry downstairs when I wipe.

Is this all reasonably normal? Will the blasted cramps go away without anything bad happening?

As I said - had the cramps for 2 days and not even a hint of spotting but if they get more painful I'm inclined to pop off to the dr on the weekend.

I still have cramps that feel a lot like AF is coming. Apparantly they are quite normal in early pregnancy. I would get the fever checked out though. Can't help you with the vaginal dryness cause I am on progesterone pessaries which causes a constant flood of white goo. LOL. Good luck .

The fever has basically been constant for 2 days - am also very thirsty (probs becuase of fever) - will see how it goes and probably get it checked out.
