Hey hun, I've had pain on and off near the site of my scar too. I definitely don't think it's a sign of weakness but just the fact that the scar is scar tissue, many of the muscles near there were cut and are still stretching - especially in the last few weeks of pregnancy as bub gets heavier. I get regular pain in some muscles on the right hand side too and I remember that side being quite bruised after the surgery so they must have been quite rough there and done some damage. Your scar is strong regardless of time passed hun.
Think of any other cut on your body that has healed and how it doesn't just tear open if you put pressure on it. I have a large scar on my leg that took 14 stitches to fix and I often look and think of that - I can run, walk etc and put pressure on it, even from early on and it was fine, especially now as it has healed.
Hope that helps and if you are still worried or need a chat or some reassurance just pm me.
Thanks babe - feel like we have been through a lot of the same issues around the same time although im a little behind you in weeks.. same sh*t different people...
i tried to post you yesterday but didnt work - i was having t he same hair issues and little monster has a cold so over being pregnant cant wait to not be preggas for a while... doing my head in cant sleep cant move properly just done iwth this lark hahahaha - not trying to sound ungrateful to all those ladies who are having TTC issues - im just tired.
Awwww hun - it is so hard not to stress. Get your hair done - I feel so much better for going and reading goss mags for 3 hours and then looking better. Iz has a cold too and is literally a snot monster who bolts the minute she sees me coming at her with a tissue. I have to use covert ops to get her- so I feel your pain. Not too long to go sweet. xox
