Swimming after caesarean

Hi. I was wondering if there are any restrictions on swimming in a pool after having a c-section.
I had mine 5 weeks ago and the weather is perfect for swimming now.

Hi.

I was told once the scar is fully healed (ie no oozing or anything), there is no problems. I was going to a pool party a fortnight after I had DD last year, and my discharging midwife said I would be fine to go swimming if I wanted to.
