Bad dreams that someone is trying to kill my baby while inside my tummy

I have had a few dreams now that have been aweful. Last night I dreamt that someone was pushing really hard on my tummy to try and kill bump. Its aweful I want to cry. Worse part is he has been very quiet today. I am not very sure if I have felt him or not. I think I have but its not as aggressive as it normally is. But at the same time I have been very active today.
    Anyway, is this normal?

Hi there thats so sad I feel like crying as I had a similar experience although mine had a sad ending. I dreamt for weeks that i was bleeding and in the end we lost our baby at almost 13 weeks after i started spotting! although you are over halfway and are just nervous i believe. Stay positive I would kill to be in your shoes!

When you are pregnant you can have some really vivid and strange dreams. That one sounds like a shocker but know that your baby is safe inside your tummy. Babies are usually more active when you are still. All your moving around today is proabably rocking your baby to sleep. Hope you are feeling better soon

i had really similar dreams where people in the street would come up and push or punch my belly. this too started around the 26-7 week mark and persisted up until the end. i put it down to the fact that we are kicking into primal protection mummy mode LOL! like the others said during pg dreams go haywire and become really vivid. but remember, it is just a dream and probably just your subconscious going into protection mode...

i also noticed that at times between 26-32 weeks that bubs would appear to not kick as often or as hard. not sure why this happened and sometimes i would freak out, but then realise that i had been doing heaps during the day and not had a chance to notice. and also sometimes the position of bubs dulls the feeling. i recommend taking a lie down (even if just sitting in the work staff room), get a glass of cold water or something and sit for a bit. some gentle prodding also helps . you'll see bubs has something to say!
