So for all intents and purposes our 9mth old is happy and healthy. Except that he seems to always have his tongue poking out, and it gets worse when he gets upset or frustrated. At first it didnt concern me but now its starting to worry me a bit. I know babies poke their tongues out, its fun sure, but all the time and esp when aggravated? I cannot remember much from this stage with my first baby so I cant remember if he did it too. Ripley whinges ALOT so I notice it a fair bit.
Anyone else's bubs do this? Is it something I should watch?
My bub don't ... I'm not sure if you should be worried
Not much help am I?? What I would do, if I were in your shoes, is phone a pead and ask. There is no harm in asking and if he/she can't help, ask if there is someone they might reffer you too.
To be honest ... I stick my tongue out when I'm really, really consentrating. Not really OUT, but I stick the tip in my bottom lip and it sorta "spill" out. I'm making a consious effort NOT too, but I still find my self doing it sometimes
