I have a question re charting, maybe somebody can help me: I'm 3dpo today, my temp rose during the last 2 days but today I got a temp dip below the coverline (actually, 36.35 which is in the range of my pre-O temps). I had a positive OPK 3 days ago and cm has dried up.
Does this mean this cycle isn't good because of low progesterone? Should I be concerned?
What is more important is the general trend, rather than a single temperature. So many things can affect a single temperature. Also, it's far too early to see if this cycle was successful or not. Hang in there, only about 9 days til you can test .
Hi Milla - I'm in the same boat as you although I'm on 5DPO and have had a temp dip this morning. I've got loads of cramping today like I'm about to get my period & lots of watery CM (sorry for TMI )....it's kind of stressing me out because my last cycle was only 23 days long and I'm worried this one is going to be even shorter giving me no chance of getting preggers because my lutal phase is too short.
My CM had dried up for 2 & 3DPO but came back yesterday. So weird.

have you tried chinese herbs and acupuncture to lengthen your luteal phase? It seems to work for me...I used to ovulate on day 16/17 with a luteal phase around 9 or 10 days. After 2 months on TCM, my ovulation is back on day 14 and my last 2 LP have been 13 and 12 days.
