Hi, all, this is probably going to sound silly but I can't seem to figure it out. I bought a ring sling earlier in the year that I used to carry my two year old on my hip. Now that I have a newborn I'd like to carry him in it but I can't work out how to best put him in it and I can't find the instruction DVD that came with it. When he goes in is he supposed to be facing up and be curled around my body sideways? I tried that and it doesn't look very comfortable plus he didn't seem to like it. Or is he meant to go in with his chest into mine, and if so how do I position his head? Also, when will he be old enough to go in it upright (supporting his head of course)? I'm hoping to have it all figured out this weekend as we're going for our first big outing. I might have to practice tomorrow.
