    Headaches

Is it normal to get headaches in pregnancy?
I get them on occasion when I am not pg, but for the past month I reckon I have been getting 1-2 a week, to the point where i need to take panadol for them becuase nothing else works.

They normally start in the morning (Its started already when I wake up) or late at night.

Hope they ease off for you!

Don't know where you live and if the hot weather has hit yet but you could try consuming more water, headaches are one of the first signs of dehydration. I was also told that during pregnancy the amniotic fluid is always replenishing itself so we need to drink more water.
    Worth a try any way.
