5th November 2008 ~Deni welcomes little Josef !

Hi all,

Last Wednesday (5th Nov) my husband and I welcomed into the world our little man, Josef Thomas, at 5.20pm !

He was 8lb 2oz (3.7kg), 50cm long with 36 head circumference.

We're thrilled and got home from hospital yesterday to start settling into a routine.

Getting here has been a hard road at times and we have Pivet to thank for our little IVF ICSI miracle.

Thanks girls ! We're pretty chuffed.

5 days is the average length of stay for this hospital for first-time parents (private).. they offer live-in double rooms for the partners and heaps of education. Was really worth it, we got heaps of support as Josef was a bit tricky to get into the BFing initially but he's powering on now.
