    Help interpreting my temps

    Hi

This is my 1st cycle since had Implanon out. I'm am assuming that I havn't o'd and that AF is on it's way. I have been told that I have PCOS and then suddenly I don't (2nd opinion) Second doctor is waiting to see (hear about) the inconsistencies in my cycle before giving me a referral to a specialist.

Any help on how to interpret this cycle? Have not paid for the FF membership as am trying to keep it on the DL from hubby.

    Thanks

I looked at your chart before I read your post...

When I see charts like yours I often think of PCOS... but it could also be because you have just come off hormone replacement.

Are you taking your temps orally? If you are I would suggest doing them vaginally. Temps can be very irregular purely because of oral temping so to cut that out of the equation you should try vag temping next cycle and see if that helps.

Did you only do the one OPK? Quite often women who suffer PCOS get false ++ on OPKs... so if you are getting ++ and no other signs of O this may be the reason.

Ummm... I am really tired so i hope that makes sense...

Thanks for your quick reply Tanya!

No I am doing it orally, but if I get another cycle I will give it a go. I have done a couple of OPK's and all of them were negative, but the one I took on the day before was getting close... I think.

I have decided to do one everyday so that I can give the doctor as much information as possible. I get that they may all be + if I have PCOS but they seem to be - so far. I will know more once I compare 20 days of OPK's in a row.

    Thanks for your feedback.
