Just a quick question -just checked my bank account (to see how broke I am) and I noticed a payment from Family allowance (which is weird cos anything I'm entitled to is paid at the end of financial year) and so I logged onto the online centrelink stuff - and it said its an arrears payment of CCQ.

Sooo.. what is CCQ? lol

it's your quarterly out of pockets rebate - if you'd already received payment, it might be a top up if one of the child care providers updated usage statements. you should get a letter soon!
