Im going crazy...please help!! (tmi alert)

Hi all you wonderful ladies,
Im in serious need of some help...i suffer from severe abdo adhesions and endo...which they wont do nothing about..and suffer from pcos for which im on yasmin for.
My gynae has told me they can't help me but my gp has referred me back and my appointment is the 11th dec.
Basically iv tried 7 different pills and for the last 8 weeks iv been bleeding with 1 or 2 days break in between...it got to the point where i had to go the gp last night and get some norethisterone to stop it until i go to the gynaes. This was a new gp and tbh he was fantastic he actually talked to me and helped me (felt like the first time in nearly 3 years). He mentioned about the implant and the mirena iud i think thats what it was anyway..i don't know much about them i was wondering if anyone knows anything about them???
I really am struggling as my gynae last time said that there is going to be a time when a hystorectomy is needed (im 20).
Sorry to babble just really struggling im on morphine for pain as it is...and as he said i don't need anything else.
